I’m dedicated to taking a whole food approach to health that supports our bodies’ individual needs by focusing the nutritional foundations of digestion, hydration, blood sugar regulation, mineral absorption & fatty acid balance. Last year I completed a certification in Nutritional Therapy- incorporating my long-standing love of food with this new knowledge as I experiment with & find new ways to recreate satisfying meals.
